Patricia Quiddington is the Founder & CEO of Blue Arbor International LLC. She is a professional certified coach and facilitator with over twenty years of experience at all levels of the organization. She has worked in Consumer Goods, Education, Financial Services, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Not-for-Profit, and Pharmaceuticals. Patricia has conducted post-graduate studies in Organizational Psychology, brings a strong international business background to her work, and has consulted to corporations, institutions, private individuals and high net worth families for several years. She is fully qualified in various assessment tools and offers a psychometric foundation to both her coaching and facilitation deliveries.
