Diploma in Coaching

Patricia Quiddington teaches classes at New York University | School of Professional Studies. The Diploma in Coaching is designed for professionals who desire to build foundational and practical knowledge of coaching as a development process that shapes leaders’ abilities to achieve professional and organizational goals, as well as individuals’ abilities to achieve personal goals.

NYU Program Curriculum:

Coaching Foundations and Theory - Acquire a thorough understanding of the philosophical, historical, and ethical foundations of coaching.
Coaching Skills Development - Learn, practice, and distinguish basic coaching skills through real-time conversations, and observe the effect of these skills as a coachee.
Coaching Engagements in Practice - Strengthen your skills for identifying outcomes of coaching situations, and develop your personal coaching presence.
Master Class in Coaching: Capstone - In a safe and supportive class environment, demonstrate the coaching knowledge and skills that you have gained from prior courses.

Assessor Coach

Patricia Quiddington is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and an International Coach Federation (ICF) assessor. She evaluates recorded coaching sessions and corrects written assignments - when a coach applies for the Credential - in order to determines which ICF Core Competencies the coach demonstrates.
